Prisdanna Express is a logistics platform operated from Lagos, Nigeria. By using our services — booking, tracking, or receiving deliveries — you agree to these terms.
You may use Prisdanna Express as a guest (to book or track) or by creating an account (as a customer, vendor, or driver). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Driver and vendor accounts may require manual approval before activation.
We act as a marketplace connecting senders with delivery riders. While we vet riders and use OTP-verified handoffs, Prisdanna Express is not liable for the contents of packages, undeclared fragile items, or delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control. Maximum liability per shipment is limited to the delivery fee paid.
Prices are displayed before booking. We may charge surcharges for same-day delivery, heavy items, or high-demand periods. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel a booking before a rider is assigned at no charge. Cancellations after rider assignment may incur a fee equal to 50% of the delivery price.
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We collect names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses solely to fulfil deliveries and improve our service.
You may not ship illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, live animals, or items prohibited by Nigerian law. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
