Prisdanna Express collects the following data when you use our service:
Personal info (name, email, phone) — provided at signup or booking. Addresses — pickup and delivery locations. Device & browser info — for security and analytics. Rider GPS location — while actively fulfilling a delivery.
We use your data to: fulfil delivery requests, send status notifications (SMS, email, in-app), verify identities (OTP), improve routing and pricing, prevent fraud, and comply with Nigerian law.
We share limited data with: assigned riders (your name, phone, address — only for the active delivery), payment processors (Paystack — to handle transactions), SMS providers (Termii — to send notifications). We never sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
We retain delivery records for 3 years for dispute resolution and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@prisdanna.express.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions expire after 2 hours of inactivity. Sensitive credentials (API keys) are stored server-side and never exposed to the client. All traffic uses HTTPS.
You may: access your data via your dashboard, correct inaccurate data in your profile, request full deletion, and withdraw consent for non-essential notifications (SMS/email toggles).
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics beacons.
We'll update this policy as our service evolves. Check back periodically, or we'll notify you of material changes.
